Import from your computer: open the IMPACT inbox using the button above, then click Import inbox at the top of IMPACT. Missing that button? Install extension 0.4.31, then reload the IMPACT page.
How your plan works
Install Companion 0.4.31 on your computer, reload your IMPACT inbox, then click the green “Import inbox” button at the top of that page. On Sundays it imports automatically. Other days, use “Import inbox into follow-up plan.” Keep the inbox open until import finishes. After that, this plan uses the leads saved in Supabase; IMPACT can be closed.
Sunday: intro text. Monday–Friday: up to three calls, at least two hours apart. Tuesday and Thursday also have a follow-up text. Saturday: final text and up to two calls.
Central time: weekdays 2–9 PM, Saturday 9 AM–2 PM, Sunday texts 6–9 PM. Meetings block your queue; callbacks do not. Missed calls expire each day.
Each texting day has its own A/B/C/D test. You still send each text and place each call. Only confirmed results are saved. Texts and call results are saved in Supabase. Updating IMPACT is optional using Update IMPACT on a completed action while the extension is connected. Set your name on the Settings page before starting.
Missed Sunday? With the Monday fallback SQL update installed, unsent introductions become available Monday at 10 AM Central. Run the Monday texting window update to keep unfinished introductions available until 9 PM. Calls keep their normal 2–9 PM window, with attempts at 2, 5, and 8 PM. Leads already texted Sunday do not get another introduction.
Weekly reset update: run this SQL update once. It clears Cody’s current list and enables Sunday noon Central cleanup of previous weeks. Appointments, sent texts, and replied/stopped protections are kept. New Sunday imports remain in the list.
